Tom Mcilwham   Tom McIlwham

Tom McIlwham has over 30 years of information technology experience spanning infrastructure development and management, process implementation and optimization, technical merger and acquisition assessments & implementations and disaster recovery evaluation and planning.
As a Senior Consultant for I.T. integration activities and optimization, organizational alignment and Service Delivery enhancements, he is recognized as an agent of change with his leadership and delivery of several major projects to the Canadian Financial Services industry in the past 12 years due to Merger and Acquisition activities.

Mr. Boll has been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since May 2002 in the position of Chairman of the Board. He has over 25 years of software development industry experience including seminal work in enterprise automation and systems performance management and he has held industry leadership positions in large and small companies and successful entrepreneurships.
Mr. Boll is the founder of Ingenex Corporation. He received his B.S. in Computer Science Engineering from Kennedy-Western University and an A.A.S. in Computer Programming from Harper College. Mr. Boll is also a published author in the field of Business Continuity.  Back to Top

Mark Samardich   Mark Samardich

Mark Samardich has over 20 years experience in technology beginning with Electronic Data Systems, Inc. (EDS) as a programmer analyst. At EDS he worked on such projects as developing a compiler and implementing the first real-time claims processing systems for the healthcare industry. This was later rolled out to Blue Crosse Blue Shield. Possessing a strong technical background, Mark moved directly into Sales and Systems Management, as Vice President of Sales for several start-up companies.
He was able to build technology companies from concept to well over $10 million in revenue in less than three years. Mark was cofounder of Smarter Software, Inc. and its President. He negotiated the sale of a one-year-old company for approximately $1 million in stock and other compensation. As part of the acquisition, Mark was retained as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Qualitative Marketing Software, Inc. (QMSoft). In three years under his direct guidance, QMSoft grew from $1 million in combined sales to over $14 million in annual revenues. He brought instant market credibility and provided entrance to many multi-million-dollar contracts. He led QMSoft's direction into the Internet market. QMSoft was acquired in December 1999, for $70 million in stock. Mr. Samardich is cofounder of Promerita, Inc. and its President. Mark received his BS degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona.

Gary Kennedy   Gary Kennedy

Gary brings over 20 years of Enterprise and Service Provider Technology Sales, Business Development and Management experience to SSC.
Prior to joining SSC, Gary was Vice President, Sales for Diacom, a provider of Easy Software Install solutions to the mainframe marketplace. He had previously served in various senior sales roles with Business Application Integration, Availability and Data Warehouse providers. Mr. Ritsos has a long and distinguished career in the information technology industry where he served in a variety of management, relationship development, sales management, general management and consulting capacities. He has held senior leadership positions in some of the world’s largest technology companies including Fujitsu Technology Solutions, Unisys Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation and Xerox Corporation. His background in the large corporate world is supplemented by additional management and leadership experience in a number of smaller firms specialized in advanced and emerging technologies including SEER Technologies, Trinzic Corporation, Thompson Software and Cognos Corporation.
In the course of his career he has been intimately involved in every aspect of the product design, development, sales and after sales support cycle for the full range of technology products and services including Internet, networks/desktops, mid-range processors, mainframes, telecom, consulting, application software, middleware, systems integration services, application development tools, outsourcing, data warehousing, CAD/CAM, EIS, business intelligence, data replication, data transfer, third part maintenance… and much more.
He has in-depth experience and understanding of a number of major industries including Financial Services, Public Sector Institutions, and Large Corporate and a track record for successfully generating revenue through every major channel of distribution: Direct Sales, Retail, E-commerce, OEM and Distribution Networks.
